Author's Bio

Diane is a poet-memoirist, visual artist and small-press publisher. She is a prolific writer, publishing in journals and giving featured readings. Her work is motivated by an intimate awareness of human beings, of the natural world, and the delicate balance between the two. Her poetry has appeared, or is scheduled to appear this year, in the journals and anthologies listed below and in the links on the lower right. The link "Diane Moomey Resume" leads to a display of her poetry books. Diane grew up around the Great Lakes and since then has lived and wandered around the US and Canada. Now she dips her gardener’s hands in California dirt, and reads regularly at poetry venues in the San Francisco Bay Area . . .
