Red Clay Writers Conference [1]
The 2025 Red Clay Writers Conference, sponsored by the Georgia Writers Association (GWA), will be held on April 26 at Kennesaw State University. The conference features writing workshops and panels on literary journals and publishing for poets, fiction writers, and nonfiction writers. Participating writers include poets Andrea Jurjević and Joshua L. Martin and novelist and memoirist Garrard Conley. Participating publishing professionals include Kurt Milberger (Kennesaw State University) and Anna Sandy-Elrod (Ghost Peach Press). The cost of the conference is $85; students and GWA members receive a 40 percent discount. Scholarships are available; to apply, submit 10 pages of poetry or prose and a cover letter.
