Emily Robyn Clark is an award-winning storyteller with a passion for stories that break the mold, featuring strong female protagonists and uplifting the voices of the marginalized and underdogs in society. Drawn to stories that speak to the many elements of the human experience through exploring powerful archetypes, ancient mythologies, fables, and fairytales, she writes in the fantasy, sci-fi, thriller, and mystery genres, crafting subversive and thought-provoking narratives.

As a published poet, fiction writer, and journalist, her work has been featured in multiple publications and journals over the years, such as Utah’s Best Poetry & Prose, Aspen Daily News, Dig In Magazine, LA’s Cultural Daily, Lavender Review, Lullwater Review, and The Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, to name a few. Her screenplays and short stories have won First Place, Third Place, and an Honorable Mention in creative writing competitions in 2022 & 2023, and her short script, APOCALYPSE MESSIAH, was an Official Selection and Finalist at FilmQuest Film Festival in 2023.

As a filmmaker, she’s written and directed two short films, each a testament to her dedication to pushing creative boundaries. LOVE SPELL, her directorial debut, played in over 15 festivals around the world and took home over ten awards in multiple festivals, premiering at FilmQuest Film Festival, a well-known genre festival. She’s currently working on her MFA in Film Production at Florida State University.

As an up-and-coming singer/songwriter, she’s getting ready to release two new singles she recorded at Magic Square Recording Studio in Nashville, TN, signed under the label, Produced by a Girl Records. She’s in the middle of writing her first album.
