MORIA [1]
MORIA is a national online literary magazine with an all-student editorial board, based at Woodbury University in greater Los Angeles. It accepts poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction from emerging and established writers in the United States and across the world. It publishes twice a year, in the late fall and late spring.
While we accept all styles—including experimental, hybrid, and conventional forms—we aren’t interested in genre fiction (romance, fantasy, detective/crime, horror, sci fi, etc.). We’re committed to publishing a diverse range of poets and writers. We've also published pieces from writers in their teens to writers in their nineties—and every decade in between. We welcome work from traditionally underrepresented groups, including women writers, indigenous writers, writers of color, writers who identify as LGBTQIA+, and writers with disabilities.
