The program offers partial funding through various work-study, internships, and scholarships.
The two-year residential program offers students the opportunity to study fiction, nonfiction, publishing, poetry, translation, and playwriting. There is also a focus on the performative aspects of the writing industry including audiobooks, public performances and speaking, and adaptations.
Graduate students can also opt to do a Certificate in Translation, or a one-year long post-MFA Certificate in Manuscript Preparation for writers preparing their book manuscripts for publication. Students can also join all graduate-level MFA and Certificate classes remotely.
Rolling admissions year-round. For fall semester, the application deadline is February 1. For spring semester, the application deadline is August 15.
