Author's Bio

Amy Asherah (formerly Mevorach) has published her writing in The New York Times (Modern Love), Boulevard, CALYX Journal, Glimmer Train Stories, and other places. She has featured as a poet and storyteller at various venues around New England. The film of her poem "Eight" was a nominee in the 2022 CIFF festival and won "Best Experimental Short" and "Programmer's Selection" at the 2021 Faithfest Film Festival. Amy earned an MFA from Lesley University and teaches classes in Writing for Healing. www.writehealing.org
