Author's Bio

Andrea Blythe is an award winning author, poet, and game writer. She is the author of four poetry chapbooks, with the most recent being Necessary Poisons (Interstellar Flight Press, 2024). Her chapbook, Twelve: Poems Inspired by the Brothers Grimm Fairy Tale (Interstellar Flight Press, 2020) received second place in the 2021 Elgin Awards, and her collaborative chapbook, Every Girl Becomes the Wolf, authored in collaboration with Laura Madeline Wiseman (Finishing Line Press, August 2018), received third place in the 2019 Elgin Awards.

Her poems and short stories that have appeared in arious anthologies and journals, including Corvid Queen, Luna Station Quarterly, Enchanted Conversation, Quail Bell, and more. Her work has also been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, a Rhysling Award, Sundress Best of the Net, and Independent Best American Poetry. She is also a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Poetry Association and the Horror Writers Association.
