Ann Kottner

Lee Kottner is a New York writer, editor, and education activist. She earned her B.A. at Chatham University, and an M.A. in English at Michigan State University. Her poetry has appeared in literary journals, anthologies, and a chapbook from Blue Stone Press. Stories from the Ruins, her hand-bound, hardcover artist’s chapbook, is part of the permanent collections of both the Museum of Modern Art and the Detroit Institute of Arts. She's currently working on her next poetry collection (Water from the Well), a novel (The Angels in Orion), and an anthology of adjunct instructor experiences, Teaching Poor.
