Ari Banias

Ari Banias is the author of Anybody (W.W. Norton, 2016), a finalist for the Kate Tufts Discovery Award and the PEN Center USA Literary Award, and the chapbook A Symmetry (The Song Cave, 2018). He's the recipient of fellowships from MacDowell, Headlands Center for the Arts, the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, NYFA, the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing, and Stanford University's Wallace Stegner program. Recent work has appeared in bæst, Hyperallergic, Kenyon Review, A Public Space and elsewhere. Ari lives and teaches in the Bay Area.
