Author's Bio

Barbara Wiedemann, professor emerita of English and former Director of Creative Writing at Auburn University Montgomery, is the author of four chapbooks: Desert Meditations (2018),  Death of a Pope and Other Poems (2013), Sometime in October (2010), and Half-Life of Love  (2008), all published by Finishing Line Press. Her poems have been published in journals such as Southern Women’s Review, California Quarterly, Feminist Studies, Kerf, and Riverwind. In 2019 she received a nomination for a Pushcart Prize.
