Colby Meeks is an Alabama poet currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in English from Harvard University. He was the inaugural winner of the Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald Young Writers Award, awarded by The Fitzgerald Musuem, and he is currently the Poetry Editor of The Harvard Advocate. His work can be found in Bending GenresLavender BonesEunoia, and The Lickety~Split. His debut chapbook, DADDY, I'M SORRY, I CANNOT WRITE AN ELEGY, is forthcoming from Penumbra Press.
