Author's Bio

Dave Seter is a civil engineer and poet. He writes about social and environmental issues, including the intersection of the built world and the natural world. Born in Chicago, he lives in Sonoma County, California. His poems have recently appeared in Blue Collar Review, The Hopper, Paterson Literary Review, Raven Chronicles, and other journals. His critical works have recently appeared in Palaver, Confluence, Valley Voices, and Cider Press Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his graduate degree from Dominican University of California, where he studied ecopoetics. His chapbook Night Duty was published by Main Street Rag Publishing Company in 2010. His full-length collection Don’t Sing to Me of Electric Fences will be published by Cherry Grove Collections in 2021.
