Author's Bio

I have been writing for over a decade as a journalist and as a communications consultant for a series of governmental organizations. I am obsessed with telling the truth.

My first book Wide Open is a memoir about faith and loss of faith, about sexual assault and about the astounding human capacity to heal. It's been covered in media across the country and many women tell me my story gave them hope.

I earned a journalism degree and a public-relations certificate from the University of Regina.
