Author's Bio

E.M. Schorb’s novels include Paradise Square, winner of the International eBook Award Foundation’s Grand Prize at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2000, and A Portable Chaos, winner of the Eric Hoffer Book Award for Fiction, 2004. Others include Fortune Island, published by Cherokee McGhee, 2009 and Resurgius: a Sixties Sex Comedy, Rainy Day Reads, 2014.
His poetry has been widely published in journals. Recent collections include Eclectica Americana and Dates and Dreams. His earlier volume, Time and Fevers, was the recipient of the Writer’s Digest 16th Annual International Self-Published Book Award for Poetry, as well as an Eric Hoffer Award for Poetry. An earlier collection, Murderer’s Day, was awarded the Verna Emery Poetry Prize and published by Purdue University Press.
