Two words define my path: writer, reader. These are my hobbies. When I am not online teaching or teaching in person, I read often and try to live vicariously through the characters. I have lived in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Currently, I live in the Tampa Bay area. I have also owned a small cupcakerie for several years before turning to keto. Now that the cupcakerie is closed, I enjoy following keto recipes. My husband and pug are my partners in crime.
