I was a semifinalist for Zone 3 Press's 2013 Creative Nonfiction Book Award. My mixed genre manuscript, WHO PASSED THROUGH, initially based on correspondence between myself and three beloved friends who'passed on' before fully having had their say; grew to include journal entries, drawings and poems and raised questions in my mind regarding the nature and significance of human relationships in general.I became aware of deeper connections,both personal and transpersonal.Who are we, beyond and beneath our surface personalities and interactions?
