Jenifer DeBellis, M.F.A., is a transformational speaker, Ph.D. candidate, and the author of three books. New Wilderness (Cornerstone Press) was winner of the 2024 Independent Author Awards in poetry and a finalist in the 2024 Eric Hoffer Book Award and 2023 International Book Awards. Warrior Sister, Cut Yourself Free (Library Tales Publishing) was winner of the 2024 Independent Author Awards in how to and International Impact Book Award in self-help. The 2nd edition is forthcoming May 2025. Blood Sisters (Main Street Rag) is her debut poetry collection. She edits Pink Panther Magazine and directs Restore Your Inner Warrior™ and Detroit Writers’ Guild (501c3). She's featured in Psychology Today and Seattle's My Independence Report and her writing appears in CALYX, the Good Men Project, Medical Literary Messenger, Solstice, and elsewhere. A former Meadow Brook Writing Project fellow, JDB facilitates summer workshops for Oakland University and teaches throughout metro Detroit. More at JeniferDeBellis.com.
