Author's Bio

Joseph Sutton was born in Brooklyn and raised in Hollywood. He was educated at the University of Oregon and Cal State University Los Angeles. Sutton has written 14 books: three novels, four story collections, a memoir, three books on writing, a baseball book, a political book, and a quotation book. His essays and short stories have appeared in numerous national magazines and journals. Sutton lives in San Francisco with his wife Joan.
