I am a poet and playwright, author of children's books,and recently writing Wonderscipts (short prose fiction). Translator from Portuguese and Lithuanian into English. 40 some books published, many overseas. I divide my time between Vilnius and Pennsylvania hill country. Former Fulbright scholar of African-Brazilian studies; and former Fulbright Assistant Professor in Creative Composition and Translation Practice and Theory Translation at Vilnius University.Poet-in-Residence at SLS, Vilnius.World Poetry Ambassador, Republic of Užupis.
