Author's Bio

Linwood Rumney's poems, nonfiction essays, and translations have appeared or are forthcoming in Ploughshares, Painted Bride Quarterly, North American Review, The Sourthern Review, Valparaiso Poetry Review, Kenyon Review Online, and elsewhere. Linwood has received an emerging writers fellowship from the Writers’ Room of Boston and an Emerging Artists Grant from the St. Botolph Club Foundation. An Assistant Editor for Black Lawrence Press, he is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Cincinnati as a Charles Phelps Taft Dissertation Fellow.
