Author's Bio

Dr. Pascale Gousseland is a Psychotherapist, Psychoanalyst and Hypnotherapist in private practice in New York City. She is also an accomplished writer of published screenplays, poetry and stories and a frequent feature poet at live venues and on cable TV in the New York City area. Her film Happy Birthday won a 2006 Gradiva Award.
Dr. Gousseland has written ten poetry books from which two were nominated for the Gradiva Award. She actively participates in many charity events for human rights, ecology, nature and animal rights. In her free time she enjoys numerous pro-bono activities supporting the arts and organizing psychoanalytic workshops debating the equality of human rights as well as topics such as disarmament, social structures as related to education and welfare, etc. Dr. Gousseland resides in New York City as well as in Greenwich, Connecticut.
