Author's Bio

Haynes is the author of the 2010 volume _The Major Plays of Horton Foote_. His edited collection _Critical Insights: Horton Foote_ appeared in March, 2016. He discusses his poetry in a June 2015 interview with Robin Hislop at http://bit.ly/1MyUrnj and in a February 2016 interview with Alok Mishra at http://ashvamegh.net/r-w-haynes-interview/.  In 2021, he was interviewed by Dustin Pickering in the online program _The New York Parrot Literary Corner_ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlznCKrB...), and his book _Heidegger Looks at the Moon_ was featured in the program _Transforming with Poetry_ from the University of Leeds (https://www.facebook.com/transformingwit...).

Haynes's poetry collections Laredo Light (Cyberwit) and Let the Whales Escape (Finishing Line Press) were published in the summer of 2019.  Heidegger Looks at the Moon appeared in 2021 from Finishing Line, followed in 2022 by The Deadly Shadow of the Wall.
