Author's Bio

Rayn Roberts studied American and British Poetry under legendary professor - poet, Dr. Lee Gerlach and Dr. Elizabeth Walsh, RSCJ at the University of San Diego. He continued writing & has published online, in anthologies & literary journals. Having traveled and lived all over the world, he's used to interacting with diverse groups; has lived in or toured the United States, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mexico, Thailand, Hawaii, Spain, Canada, Sweden, Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales where he was invited by Geoff Haden to give the feature reading on Dylan Thomas' birthday, Oct. 27, 2018 at the Thomas Home in Swansea, UK. His poems are heard on Radio KSER 90.7 Everett, Washington and he has featured in San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Detroit, Brockton, Hartford, Poughkeepsie, Long Island, New York City, Connecticut, Long Island, Philadelphia, & Washington DC . He promoted & hosted the long established reading at Green Lake Branch Public Library in Seattle for PoetsWest featuring poets from Washington, Oregon and California to instill an appreciation of Poetry &  Literature.   He is now serving on the Board of the Oregon Poetry Association.  https://oregonpoets.org/
