Romella Kitchens

The poet is interested in giving readings in English and would like to be referred to as Romella Kitchens. The poet has performed at University Of Pittsburgh seven times. Robert Morris University three times and Chatham College as well as over ninety local events and poetry venues over the years. She has presented her work on Prosody four times as interviewed by host Jan Beatty and has been on PBS via Black Horizons. She has read at local festivals and has been on a panel of judges for Poetry Out Loud from 2013 until currently. She also has read at Allegheny Community College and multiple times at numerous high school and other school settings.
