Author's Bio

Sarah M. Wells is the author of six books, including two poetry collections, an essay collection and a memoir, and two Bible devotionals for families, as well as a chapbook and novella-length essay, available on Amazon. Her seventh book will be published by Bracket Publishing in 2026. Her essays have appeared in Ascent, Brevity, Relief, River Teeth, and elsewhere. Wells is a full-time freelance writer and writes regularly for Our Daily Bread's God Hears Her blog. She serves as the poetry editor for Relief: A Journal of Art and Faith and lives in Ashland, Ohio with her husband and three children.
