Author's Bio

S.P. Miskowski has received two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships. Four of her books (Knock Knock, Delphine Dodd, Muscadines, and The Best of Both Worlds) have been nominated for a Shirley Jackson Award. Her second novel, the grunge-era ghostly noir I Wish I Was Like You, was named This Is Horror Novel of the Year and was a finalist for a Bram Stoker Award. Her stories have been published in Nightmare MagazineSupernatural Tales, Black Static, Identity Theory, Strange Aeons, Other Voices, and Eyedolon Magazine, and in numerous anthologies including The Best Horror of the Year Volume Ten, Haunted Nights, The Madness of Dr. Caligari, and Darker Companions: Celebrating 50 Years of Ramsey Campbell.
