Terry S. Johnson

The first born of a Chicago airman and a Southern belle, Terry S. Johnson explored careers as a newspaper advertising clerk, a reference library assistant and a professional harpsichordist before serving as a public school teacher for over two decades. She earned her M.F.A. in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.  Johnson's poems have appeared in many journals and anthologies. "Coalescence," her first book, won an Honorable Mention in the 2014 New England Book Festival. Her second collection "Plunge” was published in 2019.
