Editorial Focus
Hawai‘i Pacific Review is looking for poetry, short stories, and personal essays from diverse perspectives. They feature work from Hawaii and the Pacific region, but they are interested in great writing from anywhere in the world.
Tips From the Editor
We prefer poetry that is left-aligned. As an online publication read on many types of devices, we have a hard time doing justice to poetry with unconventional spacing or with very long lines of verse.
We would love to publish more nonfiction and more work from the Pacific region.
