Tips From the Editor
Open for previously published flash fiction, creative nonfiction, or hybrid stories about finding joy, sadness and meaning as we flex roles as both child and caretaker. Looking for stories about anyone who raised you. Writers of all identities are encouraged to submit. Accepted writers will be asked to contribute a 300-500 word reflection on writing about this topic. Preference for flash <1,000 words, though longer stories will be considered too. Nothing over 3,000 words, please.
