Editorial Focus
The Glacier is an annual online literary journal based at Indiana University South Bend. The journal accepts submissions of poetry, visual art, short fiction, and creative nonfiction. The Glacier is interested in experimental, post-confessional poems about the environment, as well as comedy in poetry and fiction. They are additionally interested in collage that utilizes text as one of its elements.
Tips From the Editor
We seek work that melts boundaries and takes risks—experimental, post-confessional, environmentally focused, and vulnerable. We also like humor in poetry and fiction, bold imagery, and text-driven collage. Say something slant, with intention, and let your questions linger. Surprise us, but polish your work and follow guidelines. Be daring, honest, and unforgettable—like a glacier carving its path.
