There is no program funding available. South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership (SWW DTP) are now available to UK/EU and international applicants on the campus-based stream of the program.
The PhD in Creative Writing Programme provides outstanding writers with intensive support to write a book-length manuscript (e.g. novel, short story collection, poems, playscript, narrative nonfiction, digital writing) accompanied by a piece of contextualizing research (20,000 words).
The majority of students complete the program in two to four years.
There is also a distance learning low residency stream of the program available for international applicants.
