Students attend a 15-day residency each year in July, which rotates between Dublin, Barcelona, and Vienna.

The program offers a track in travel writing, in addition to tracks in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and screenwriting. Students also have the option to pursue a dual-genre degree.

The program offers scholarships, graduate assistantships, teaching opportunities, monthly craft and publishing webinars, and optional fall and spring meetups at national writing conferences such as AWP’s annual convention.

The application deadline is April 1 for the summer residency, August 1 for the fall term, and December 1 for the spring term.
