Editorial Focus
Wild Ember Press has recently moved toward the collective sense of creating “auto fiction,” that sweet emergent form of memoir. Within those stories, they are looking for voices which carry a message of change, of love and liberation from marginalized places, unexplored spaces.
Check out their new and upcoming titles (2022, 2023) to get a sense of where they’re going these days. See their online store also, where authors receive more royalties from sales, at www.watersongsbooks.company.site.
Tips From the Editor
Please send your best samples, not an entire wo/manuscript—and in classic query form. Write a cover letter that tells us: why you wrote the work, how it could “change the world,” where you see it selling, how open you are to marketting your own work (a must), and your favorite writers/artists!
And please know we receive many many submissions, so if you do not receive a reply after three months, we can not find a place for you in our traditional catalogue. However, we offer a collection of author services to bridge the digital divides! When you send us a query, let us know if you are interested in an alternative option of going to print.
