Author's Bio

Catherine Gonick was born and raised in California's Bay Area and now lives in the Hudson Valley.  She is the author of Split Daughter of Eve, a full-length collection of poetry forthcoming in 2025 from Sheila Na Gig Editions, and of poems in many journals and anthologies.  Her favorite writing topics include the rift between Judaism and Christianity; feminist and other political issues; connections between neuroscience, psychology, and religion; and the natural world.  She lives with her husband with whom she works in a company that seeks to slow the rate of global warming.
