Poor Richard’s Bookstore is named for past Kentucky poet laureate Richard Taylor and is owned by Lizz Taylor. The only independent bookstore in Kentucky’s state capitol, Poor Richard’s offers thousands of new and used books. In addition, the book store opens into the neighboring Kentucky Coffee Tree Cafe which opens into Completely Kentucky, a unique offering of fines crafts and gourmet foods.
